Home Grown in NC – Raleigh Camden Garden & Walking Dinner Tour
One Evening Only…
Triangle Food Tours and Inter-Faith Food Shuttle are teaming up to offer a one-of-a-kind garden and walking food tour in downtown Raleigh the evening of May 13, 2021. The theme is Home Grown in NC.
Starting at the Camden Street Learning Garden in downtown Raleigh, you’ll enjoy local wine/beer and a delicious appetizer made by the Food Shuttle’s culinary team utilizing produce grown right in the garden. Triangle Food Tours will introduce you to the garden staff to learn more about the dish and garden.
You’ll have some time to tour the garden before we head off to Alimentari at Left Bank Butchery where you’ll meet the proprietors and enjoy diverse charcuterie boards made from meats, cheeses and jams, etc. from North Carolina.
Then enjoy various seafood plates provided by Local’s Oyster Bar and Seafood Market all NC seafood options fried and steamed and/or raw.
We’ll take a short walking tour before walking back to the Camden Street Learning Garden to enjoy a fresh dessert made by Chef Sean Fowler, owner of Mandolin restaurant at Five Points Raleigh, NC.
